This demographic is primarily targeting positions as security guards, couriers, administrators, and cooks, with expected salaries ranging from 25,000 to 40,000 rubles per month, depending on the role.
The surge in job applications from candidates aged 45 to 65 is particularly evident in the courier sector, where applications have increased by 1.8 times, with average salary expectations of 60,000 rubles per month. For those aged 65 and above, the preference seems to be for security guard roles, with a staggering 92% increase in job applications and average salary expectations of 50,000 rubles per month.
The summer of 2025 has seen a significant uptick in job applications from candidates aged 45-64 in the Krasnodar region, with a 56% increase compared to the same period last year. This trend is also reflected in the growing popularity of administrative roles, with a 79% increase in job applications and salary expectations of 60,000 rubles per month.
Interestingly, candidates aged 65 and above are not only submitting job applications more frequently than in the summer of last year (an increase of 52%) but are also showing a noticeable preference for courier vacancies. This sector has seen a 41% increase in job applications from this age group, with average salary expectations of a surprising 95,000 rubles per month.
Positions for cooks are also in high demand, with a 74% increase in job applications and candidates indicating salary expectations of 70,000 rubles per month. On average, candidates in this age group have salary expectations of around 70,000 rubles per month, suggesting a willingness to work for competitive wages.
