Beer bottle in Belarus contains larva; triggers one person's fear
In an unexpected turn of events, a group of friends in Grodno experienced an unpleasant incident during a night out at a local bar or restaurant. The identity of the establishment has not been disclosed.
The group had ordered a beer tower, a popular choice for larger gatherings, which includes a large beer container and a self-service tap. However, their evening took an unexpected turn when the first glasses of beer from the tower contained numerous larvae.
Upon closer inspection, it was suspected that the issue was with the beer tap, not the beer itself. It appears that the tap may not have been properly cleaned or sanitized, providing a suitable environment for organisms.
One of the patrons quickly noticed the infestation and showed a photo of it to the group, who decided not to risk their health by continuing to drink the beer. The group has since vowed to be more vigilant about checking the cleanliness of glasses and utensils in public places in the future.
While the incident has raised concerns among the group and potentially other patrons, it serves as a reminder for establishments to ensure proper hygiene practices are in place to maintain the health and safety of their customers.
