Despite these findings, it's crucial to remember that there haven't been enough studies to definitively say that CBD can help ADHD.

The 2018 Farm Bill removed hemp-derived CBD products with less than 0.3% THC from the legal definition of marijuana in the Controlled Substances Act, making them federally legal. However, CBD products containing more than 0.3% THC are still federally illegal but legal under some state laws.

It's essential to be cautious when purchasing CBD products, as some may have been sold under false, unproven claims. The FDA doesn't regulate CBD products as strictly as prescription drugs, making it a bit of a Wild West. It's advisable to research a product and company before buying to ensure you're getting a high-quality, accurately labeled product.

If you are taking prescription medications, talk with your doctor before adding CBD to your routine, as it may not mix well with certain medications. Pregnant or nursing women are also advised to avoid CBD and other cannabis-based products due to a lack of research on their safety.

Finally, it's important to remember that while CBD has shown potential benefits, more research is needed to fully understand its effects and potential risks.
