Coconut Girl, a brand offering healthy cookie sandwiches, gained attention on Shark Tank. Founder Frankie Yamsuan pitched her paleo-friendly, organic treats, securing a deal with Mark Cuban.

Frankie's company, Coconut Girl, specialises in cookie sandwiches made with natural ingredients like coconut milk, almond butter, and walnuts. These treats are naturally sweetened, soy-free, and appeal to paleo vegan consumers. Despite their great taste, they come with cons such as high calorie content and a sticky texture.

The brand, currently available in 30 Whole Foods locations, is set to expand to Hawaii, Nevada, and Arizona. Last year, Coconut Girl made $120,000 in sales and was on track to reach $300,000. On Shark Tank, Frankie sought $180,000 for 18% equity. The Sharks praised the texture and flavor, with Mark Cuban offering $180,000 for 25% equity, which Frankie accepted.

Coconut Girl, with its gluten-free and dairy-free frozen sandwiches, offers a healthier alternative to traditional desserts. After a successful pitch on Shark Tank, the brand is poised for further growth and expansion.
