Time
  • Total: 30 minutes + freezing
  • Active: 30 minutes
Ingredients
  • 2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted unsalted butter
Filling
  • 1 cup hot fudge ice cream topping (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 pint raspberry sherbet, softened
  • 1 package (10 oz) frozen sweetened raspberries, thawed and drained
  • 1 carton (8 oz) frozen whipped cream, thawed
Let's Get Cooking!
  1. Mix wafer crumbs, sugar, and butter in a bowl. Reserve 1/4 cup of the mixture. Press the remaining crumb mixture into a 13x9 baking dish and chill for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat fudge topping in a microwave-safe bowl for 15-20 seconds and spread over the crust. Cover with a scoop of softened vanilla ice cream.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of sherbet over the ice cream and use a knife to swirl. Top with raspberries, and cover with whipped topping, leaving a bit of the raspberries uncovered.
  4. Sprinkle the reserved crumb mixture on top, cover, and freeze for 2-3 hours or overnight. Serve with a 15-minute window after removing from the freezer.
