  • 1 bag (12 ounces) shredded sharp cheddar cheese, or approximately the same amount of your preferred cheese
  • 1 cup milk, cream, or even milkshake mix, whatever tickles your fancy
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • Ketchup, for anointing

Instructions
