Look, here's a less fancy but just as tasty version of that highfalutin buffalo chicken tenders and blue cheese coleslaw recipe!
What you'll need:- Youk's Hot Sauce or sub with regular Frank's RedHot- Panko, the Japanese-style breadcrumbs (avail at most grocery stores)- Tender chicken strips or thinly sliced boneless, skinless chicken breasts- Coleslaw fixins' (cabbage, carrots, celery, shallots)- Mayo, blue cheese, red wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper, plus a few other things.

This recipe is awesome if you're hosting a potluck or game night. You can fry the chicken tenders in batches while your buddies are busy playing video games, and just toss them with sauce when ready to serve. If transporting, let them cool uncovered, then reheat in the oven and drizzle with sauce.
