Former Czech First League club Sparta Prague sporting director Tomas Rosicky spent several days in an intensive care unit last week due to heart problems, the club announced on Monday. The 44-year-old, who played for Borussia Dortmund and Arsenal among others, was admitted to the intensive care unit on Tuesday and has since been discharged to home care.
