After a tumultuous election, some sobbed, others roared, but Nick Fuentes, proud and audacious, reveled in the politically charged atmosphere, proclaiming an unexpected anthem: "Your body, my choice." This incendiary rallying cry, which appears to mock pro-choice principles, hit the interwebs just a day after the 2024 elections.

While Fuentes' dubious fame stems from his rabidly right-wing politics, rampant misogyny, and antisemitism, this time, he snared our attention. Thousands of women, spanning continents, felt the gut-punch of the new catchphrase.

On November 6, Fuentes boldly dished out his post on the once-feared social media platform X, which has since become his preferred stomping ground. His usual tiresome race-baiting and gender-mongering, while normally a yawn-inducing bore, took on a more sinister tone with this provocation.

According to Vanity Fair, a slew of women have been privately bombarded with vile messages-the kind that no woman should ever have to read-from misguided men gleefully gloating over their newfound power and flaunting their primitive desires. As reported by Newsweek, the Institute for Strategic Dialogue (ISD) has documented a chilling cacophony of hateful comments associated with Fuentes' provocative words, including "get back to the kitchen" and ominous calls to repeal the 19th Amendment.

It comes as no surprise that the swift ascent of the "4B movement," a potent feminist force born in South Korea, has gained popularity among disenfranchised American women. Following Fuentes' horrifying call to arms, they have decided to do what they do best: fight back. Armed with their voices and wit, they aim to disrupt the status quo and reshape the landscape for future generations.

Fuentes' crass co-option of the deeply personal and meaningful slogan "my body, my choice" is yet another pitiful display of the pervasive hatred that has ensnared right-wing politics in its sinister talons. As Trump tightens his grip on the White House, it's hard to escape the dread of what this new era might bring.
