Eden One: Ireland's Elite Health Club Combines Luxury and Nature
Eden One, located at Number One Ballsbridge in Dublin, is more than just a gym. It's a destination day spa, a full facility gym, and a private Member's Club, all rolled into one. This elite health club, which opened in January 2020, has been operational for over a year, despite temporary closures due to the pandemic.
Each feature of Eden One is designed to enhance one of the natural elements. The fitness suite, spanning over 7,500sq.ft., hosts the latest Technogym Strength and Cardio Equipment. Meanwhile, the spa is based around the eight natural elements: Earth, Air, Fire, Water, Darkness, Light, Ice, and Nature. The water elements are represented by cascading waterfalls and hydrotherapy pools.
Eden One is Ireland's most expensive gym, a testament to its luxury offerings. The spa boasts a purified air system, with 99.98% of the air being purified. Members can participate in up to 100 classes per week and enjoy fine dining experiences, cocktails, and mixologists at the Member's Lounge.
The spa's design is centred around the eight natural elements, creating a serene and rejuvenating atmosphere. House of Tiles was involved in the design and supply of materials for the Eden One Spa project, with Dave Campbell, the director of House of Tiles, working closely with the Eden One design team and delivering the project.
In recognition of its exceptional design and facilities, the Eden One project was shortlisted for a 2020 Irish Construction Industry Award. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, Eden One managed to acquire 650 out of 1,000 members, a testament to its popularity and appeal.
At Eden One, members can expect Michelin Starred chef quality food at the restaurant, unique cocktails crafted by a chief mixologist, and a six-meter fire separation between the main pool and the spa pool for safety. Eden One offers a unique blend of luxury, fitness, and relaxation, making it a must-visit destination for health enthusiasts and those seeking a relaxing retreat.
