In the 2023 American Psychological Association's Work in America Survey, a whopping 94% of workers agreed that it's crucial to feel a sense of belonging in their workplace.

As a mixed-race Asian American female executive creative director, I've found that fostering open, safe, and trust-based teams requires some bravery and vulnerability from me. By embracing my roots, I enable everyone to feel cozy embracing their own culture, sharing their customs, heritage, and voices. This, in turn, makes them feel more visible, respected, and included.
