Hey there! Let's talk about Robbie Williams, the famous British singer, who recently shared some personal thoughts about his interactions with fans.

Posting a series of Instagram screenshots, Robbie opened up about the discomfort and anxiety he feels during social interactions, especially when approached by strangers.

In his candid post, the former Take That member admitted that every interaction, even with people he knows well, fills him with discomfort. He further shared that social interaction still scares him and kept him from going out for years.

During a domestic flight in the United States, Robbie was approached three times by fellow passengers, one of whom handed him a lovely note and later asked for a photo. Explaining his situation - wrangling four kids through the airport, dinner plans, and lack of sleep - Robbie expressed his anxiety about the whole cabin wondering who he is if a photo was taken.

After the first request, another fan asked for a photo, to which Robbie responded with a similar explanation. The third passenger, however, asked for a photo "outright," and Robbie obliged.

Though he sees it as a "service" to make others happy, Robbie criticized the expectation that celebrities should be accessible 24/7 to the public. He mentioned that many people might not even be able to name one of his albums, let alone have bought a ticket to one of his shows.

The singer emphasized that he doesn't want to deter true fans from making their feelings known if they spot him in public. However, he posed an open question - do you think there should be a limit to how many people can access a celebrity in a day?

Robbie shared that he panics "every time" a stranger approaches him, often experiencing an average of 20 such interactions per day. These encounters aren't always positive, and he asked if it's okay if he doesn't want a particular moment captured by a stranger, especially on challenging mental health days.

The post garnered sympathetic comments from other celebrities like Paris Hilton and Paloma Faith, who commended Robbie for his vulnerability and understood the struggles of life in the spotlight.

Interestingly, Robbie recently revealed that he had been diagnosed with scurvy, a vitamin deficiency, and spoke about his struggles with mental health, including anxiety and depression. He is set to embark on a European tour in May.
