Hey there, foodie pal! Let's talk about these scrumptious lamb fat tissue wrapped skewers, shall we? The original plan calls for a fat tissue wrap around individual sticks, holding the mixture together while grilling. But we thought, why stop there? Let's add a bit of personality to these bad boys! 👨‍🍳

Ingredients (9)

  • 500 gr lean minced goat/beef (I prefer 300 gr) 🐐🐄
  • Bamboo skewers - just soak 'em in water beforehand 🌯
  • 500 gr goat/lamb fat tissue (I'm using 1 cup of bread crumbs + a couple of cracked eggs) 🐐❄️
  • 2 tbs coriander seeds, toasted till fragrant 🌯🥜
  • 6 cloves garlic - I looooove garlic, don't you?
  1. Aside from the traditional fat tissue wrap on the skewers, let's experiment with adding crumbled bread for an alternate texture, similar to the goat fat tissue we'd usually use.
  2. To infuse nutrition into our recipe, we could stir in a bit of finely chopped spinach or bell peppers into the minced goat meat, making these lamb skewers a tad healthier.
  3. After grilling the goat meat skewers, serve each with a side of refreshing cucumber yogurt sauce for a delicious contrast of flavors, making the dish more than just a simple grill feast.
