Grilled Pizza Topped with Fresh Mozzarella and Basil

Ingredients
- 14 ounces Grilled Pizza Dough (you can make your own or buy premade)
- Olive oil, for brushing

- 2/3 cup Pizza Sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 8 ounces thinly sliced part-skimmozzarella cheese
- 8 to 10 large freshbasil leaves, torn in half
Instructions
- Fire up the grill! Preheat half of your gas or charcoal grill to high (around 400°F) and the other half to low (about 300°F). Roll out the dough into 2 rounds about 1/4 inch thick and 10 inches in diameter.
- Brush one round with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Place it on the hot side of the grill (oiled side down). Brush the other round with oil and sprinkle it with salt.
- Grill the dough (oiled side up) on the hot side without moving it until grill marks form (about 2 minutes).
- Move it to the cool side of the grill, then top it with half of the sauce and cheese. Cover and cook until the dough is lightly charred and the cheese is melted (around 8 to 10 minutes).
- Transfer the pizza to a cutting board, top with half of the basil leaves, slice, and serve. Repeat with the second round of dough and remaining toppings.
