Locals Voice Concerns, Athletes Lead Eco-Relay in Kazakhstan

A public reception took place in the village of Tortköl, Ordabasy district, where locals met with a Majilis deputy and AMANAT party faction member, Kairat Balabiev. Residents aired concerns about essential services like clean water, road repairs, medical care, internet connectivity, and youth employment opportunities.

The event also saw participants actively engaging in recycling promotion. They sorted recyclable materials separately, aiming to foster a culture of environmental responsibility.

Meanwhile, the fourth day of the 'Taza Qazaqstan' world news kicked off in Shymkent with an energetic warm-up, 'Champion Spirit', led by renowned athletes. Arman Ospanov, a three-time world combat sambo champion, Birzhan Zhakypov, a world boxing champion, and Akbar Elugabay, a multiple world martial arts winner, motivated participants. The eco-activists then embarked on a journey from Shymkent to villages like Kyzylkopyr and Chernak in the Sauran district, documenting world market issues along the nearly 230-kilometer route.

The public reception in Tortköl allowed locals to voice their concerns, while the 'Taza Qazaqstan' world news raised awareness about environmental issues, with notable athletes leading the way.
