Tellurian Behavioral Health to Open Jake's Place in Madison, Wisconsin

Tellurian Behavioral Health, a prominent provider of behavioural health services, is set to open a new facility named Jake's Place in the heart of Madison, Wisconsin. The facility, located at 702 West Main Street, is expected to provide comprehensive support for Wisconsinites battling behavioural health and addiction issues.

Steve Jacobson, who played a significant role in making the opening of Jake's Place possible, expressed his excitement about the project. Kalvin Barrett, Dane County Sheriff and a Tellurian board member, shared his belief that the new facility will have a major positive impact on the community.

Jake's Place is named in honour of Darryll E. Jacobson. The facility's services will extend to street outreach and case management, aiming to increase access to behavioural health care and support local residents with mental health needs.

Packers greats Brett Favre, Don "The Magic Man" Majkowski, and Gilbert Brown have announced their intention to attend the opening of the facility. Majkowski emphasized the importance of programs like those offered by Tellurian.

According to Barrett, the new facility is crucial for individuals across the state suffering from mental health and addiction issues. He also mentioned that the facility could potentially help reduce the burden on the Dane County Jail.

CEO Kevin Florek stated that they are thrilled to open the new Tellurian location in Madison. However, more detailed information about the services offered and the exact opening timeline might be available directly from Tellurian Behavioral Health's official communications or upcoming news releases.
