- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 7 thick-cut bacon slices
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375°F (190°C) and position rack in the middle. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, lifting edges to catch drippings.
- Combine beef, grated onion, cheddar, ketchup, breadcrumbs, parsley, eggs, garlic, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix gently (avoid overworking the mixture).
