Surveying social and medical services quality in the Altai region to be carried out

In the heart of Siberia, the Altai Krai region is embarking on an ambitious mission to improve the quality and accessibility of essential services. The regional government, in collaboration with the Russian government portal "Gosuslugi," has launched an opinion poll to gather insights from residents aged 16 and above.

The poll, conducted through interviews, is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of the quality and accessibility of services in education, healthcare, social care, and employment support, taking into account individual needs and standards. The data collected will be exclusively for statistical purposes, ensuring confidentiality and data protection during the poll.

To ensure the poll's accuracy, respondents' answers will be accepted verbally. No documents are required to verify the accuracy of the responses. Interviews will be conducted in selected residential premises by trained workers carrying a special ID and a personal identification document.

The poll aims to assess the quality and accessibility of services in various fields, including the frequency of receiving services and the volume of services received through both paid and free systems. It will also gather information on the timeliness of receiving services and the expenses incurred due to health limitations.

In an effort to make government services more accessible during significant life events, "Gosuslugi" is introducing 35 new "life situations" as part of the poll. These include purchasing a plot of land or an apartment, moving or changing residence, changing the place of work, having a child, loss of a breadwinner, and other significant life events.

By simplifying access to government services related to these important life changes, residents of Altai Krai will be able to more easily navigate administrative procedures through the Gosuslugi platform. The poll's data will not be used for any commercial purposes, and personal data obtained from respondents will be anonymized during the poll.

The poll's findings will yield valuable insights, helping the Altai Krai region to make informed decisions aimed at improving the quality and accessibility of essential services for its residents. The poll's data will also provide valuable insights for the national government, contributing to the ongoing efforts to improve services across Russia.
