Training and Testing Programs

The club organizes regular training sessions aimed at improving participants' athletic abilities in various disciplines required for the German Sport Badge. These sessions focus on fitness, endurance, strength, and coordination. Special workshops or practice days are often held prior to testing events to help participants prepare and understand the requirements. Official testing days are scheduled where participants can complete the required tests for the badge under certified supervision.

The club provides coaching advice, technical guidance, and motivation to help participants meet the standards for the badge. Support is also offered to those who may need it, ensuring everyone has a chance to succeed.

Disciplines Included for the German Sport Badge

The German Sport Badge includes tests across several athletic categories, and participants must complete requirements from different areas to earn the badge. The disciplines typically include endurance, strength, speed, and coordination.

Participants can choose from various endurance activities, such as running, swimming, or cycling. Strength tests include long jump, shot put, weightlifting, or ball throw. Speed tests include sprinting or swimming sprints, while coordination exercises like gymnastics, ball throwing and catching, and obstacle runs are also included.
