Emily Gal launched his first venture, Brainient, while studying applied mathematics and computer science at university. Later, Brainient was rebranded as Teads Studio and acquired by Teads in 2016. In 2018, he established Ezra, driven by the realization that a fast, accurate, and affordable method for screening cancer throughout the body was desperately needed. Last year, the company successfully secured $21 million in funding.
By approximating the body and its internal processes using artificial intelligence, Ezra's technology accelerates the MRI scanning process, reducing the 60-minute scan time to a mere 22 minutes.
